The P.E.P. Talk Platform Advantage
Pre-Entry Empowerment for Sustainable Reentry Success
Transforming Lives Through Pre-Entry Preparation, Trauma Healing & Community-Driven Support
Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) play a crucial role in supporting individuals as they transition from incarceration back into their communities. P.E.P. Talk Group (Pre-Entry Platform) redefines this journey through an innovative model rooted in lived experience, trauma recovery, identity restoration, and pre-entry preparation.
Founded inside Solano State Prison from the principles of the Agreement to End Hostilities, P.E.P. Talk uses a community-driven, peer-led framework to prepare individuals before they come home — drastically improving reentry outcomes, employment rates, and family reunification.
With partnerships across housing, mental health, employment, and training sectors, P.E.P. Talk is building a replicable Pre-Entry model that bridges institutions and communities with dignity, accountability, and long-term stability.
