Supporting P.E.P. TALK GROUP Means Supporting Your Community

Prison has been a warehouse full of wasted potential. This potential has not been

tapped into and has had an adverse affect on our community and country as a whole. Its time

we paid attention and invest in the lives that has been impacted by this dilemma of mass

incarceration which involves all of America. We must value each other on the same level as

those who built this nation, with equality at the core. With that said we plan to address this

holistically starting with those who are working to get back to their families and community.

Rebuilding the trust that was once mishandled by those incarcerated is the perfect way to

start from the bottom up. Not the bottom as it reflects on status but, the men that are fathers

of the next generation as the foundation. This kind of perspective is needed to allow us to

take on this journey of investing in the potential that has been outcast into the prison system;

as we introduce the solutions to past traumas. The P.E.P. Talk Group will be a solid platform

for each individual to tap into their undiscovered potential.

As we dig through past traumas with programs we seek to restore purpose and value

in each individual as they discover their unique potentials. By emphasizing the "P" in Pre-

Entry we take a personal holistic approach to paths for success as we enter back into society.

This is done by targeting what led to each ones incarceration and walking them through the

journey of rehabilitation step by step, as well as building relationship's and gathering

resource's through outside partnering programs. Being guided by highly skilled life coach's and mentors this will ultimately foster leadership.
